Refund policy
- If you are not satisfied with your report, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order email; we refund the full amount via Stripe.
- If the report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
